I do love a challenge. I often take part in various challenges to try and push myself in a number of different ways. This could be to learn something new, form a new habit, or reach a goal I want to reach. A 100-day challenge is an opportunity for personal growth, development, and transformation, and you can choose the challenge you want to take part in.

Benefits of doing a 100-day challenge
Helps Build Discipline:
One of the primary reasons to embrace and take part in a 100-day challenge is to cultivate discipline. Consistently engaging in a specific task or habit for a prolonged period will help you develop self-control, focus, and perseverance. By committing to the challenge, you will commit to an end goal and have determination every day to reach that goal or milestone. Over time, this will build discipline that can be applied to other areas of your life, leading to increased productivity and success.
Helps Form Lasting Habits:
Research suggests that it takes an average of 66 days to form a habit. The 100-day challenge provides ample time to not only develop new habits but also solidify them. It ensures that you give yourself enough time to make it an integral part of your daily life.
